Tower Performing Arts
Tower Performing Arts' is a performing arts school based at the Tower. Anyone with even the slightest interest in performing arts aged between 7 - 17 can join. So that could be you, especially if you like singing, dancing or drama... Clare and Sam run the classes and they'll help you learn new styles, practice the things you're already pretty good at, and just have a good time! 'Tower Performing Arts' is all about enjoying yourself and making expressive arts fun, you'll have to come and have a go!Sessions take place every Saturday during term time between 12:00 and 15:00. You can sign in from 11.45.
A term costs £75, This includes 10 sessions of rehearsals and workshops with Clare and Sam, a couple of Dress Rehearsals and the Performances at the end of term. 'Tower Performing Arts' sessions are a great way to learn new skills, develop your existing skills and have loads of fun! Republic
The Tower Music Republic is a live music project for young people in Winchester aged 13-19. Events are orgainised, promoted and managed by a group of young people that meet at the Tower every Tuesday 6:00 - 8:30. The Republic is free to join and available to all. The Republic offers free access to rehearsal, recording facilities, workshops, professional qualifications and performance opportunities.
